  • Lead creative development on productions, delivering decks and visual concepts aligned with brand and project objectives.

  • Develop and maintain visual style across projects, ensuring consistent quality and strong storytelling.

  • Direct  shoots and lead crews on larger productions, overseeing cinematography, lighting, framing, and set workflow.

  • Operate cameras; design and execute lighting setups for maximum visual impact.

  • Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and creatives during pre-production (PPMs, scripting, storyboards, shot lists, moodboards, references).
